This is such a fun necklace.

I created the tassel with suede leather scraps, then suspended it from a brass ring & black glass bead. Tassel colors are black, red, warm yellow & tan.

Necklace band is soft brown rawhide leather, it is completely adjustable by tying it at whatever lengths works for your outfit.
