The silver foundation is a serial plate from a CAT air compressor. The compressor provided & maintained compressed air to operate air brakes & auxiliary air systems on commercial vehicles. Next layer is a summer green vintage automotive license plate tab, then topped with a Kuchi coin. The coin has a dark navy glass inlay. All layers are rivet attached to discarded tractor inner tube.
