This upcycled charm bracelet has an upgraded design…it’s fuller with more textures. I’ve added the combination of vintage buttons & beads of different shapes into dangling charms. Together they make a striking bold statement.

You might be surprised to learn that the clear plastic is discarded automotive headlights. I’ve recycled them into random pieces, then continued the process by sanding each one, drilling holes & sanded again. I love the organic shapes that make them modern & artful.

I’m also fascinated with the textures of the lens designs. It appears that different manufactures have patented their own lens style. Some have fine lines; others have wider lines with more depth & some have a smooth surface. I also value the time worn scratches & markings they’ve received from use.

I added bicycle inner tube as fringe for a whimsical fun style. I’m always trying to create styles that leave zero waste behind.
